Rupinder Singh | President Gentell UK & Europe
After almost 20 years working in the NHS, both in regulation and provider land, Rupinder joined Gentell in 2023 to continue working to improve and support patient care.
Gentell's mission to improve wound management by ensuring standardisation of evidence based models, coupled with patient centred compassionate care, aligns well with the current aspiration in the NHS, best articulated through the National Wound Care Strategy.

Maria Moon | Director of Nursing
Maria qualified from St Bartholomew School of Nursing at City University. She has 20 years of experience in several NHS Trusts in both Primary and Secondary care and later specialised in research delivery, leading on multiple clinical trials with world renowned clinicians across multiple specialties.
Maria led several diverse teams to deliver complex critical studies during the COVID-19 pandemic and went on to write, coordinate and deliver studies focusing on wound care in the community setting. Her main focus is leading teams to achieve excellence in patient care to improve outcomes.

International leader, having the privilege to have work in the LATAM and EMEA regions. My expertise is to develop commercial business strategies, right business market models and bring cost effective solutions to the healthcare industry.

Daria Tetlak
Daria joined in 2025 as a Tissue Viability Nurse, supporting the expansion of Gentell’s wound healing clinics across Surrey and surrounding areas.

Christine O'Connor
Joined in 2025 Vice President, Market Strategy and Delivery, following her national role with Coloplast. Christine has 40 years of experience in healthcare, including Wound and Lymphoedema Care. This appointment strengthens the UK team and shapes Gentell’s approach to product and service provision, with an emphasis on collaboration.

David Norrie
Joined the business development team in 2025 as Sales Manager to assist with the integration and expansion of ManukaMed, which manufactures world class honey dressings and related products for both the UK and international markets. David is a microbiologist. One of David’s sons is a professional tennis player (no prizes for guessing who!).

Margaret Rwagasore
Margaret joined Gentell in 2025 as a Project Manager and currently oversees the company’s wound management project in Tanzania. She manages product registration and market entry for medical devices, driving project from concept to completion. Margaret is passionate about building strong partnerships and contributing to the company’s strategic growth in East Africa.
